- www.thehat.co website (hereinafter: the “Site” / “Company” / “Sellers”) is an internet website, which is a virtual store for the purchase of hats by online public users. The owner and operator of the Site is Wize Digital Ltd company.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company and/or anyone on its behalf, bear any liability for damage of any kind, arising from or connected to the purchasing or use of a product.
- It is clarified that www.thehat.co website may, at its sole discretion, discontinue the operation of the Site, at any time and without prior notice.
- Sellers – Wize Digital Ltd company, located in Israel, which is operating www.thehat.co website.
- Product(s) – the hats listed in the Site’s catalogue.
- Buyer(s) – the clients performing purchases at the Site.
- The Products are sent from China through a third party.
- Time for delivery of the merchandise is between 16-22 business days – this is the period which shall elapse from the time of placing an order together with receipt of confirmation of payment from the credit card company, and until the day on which the client will receive the purchased item.
- An order placed until 16:00 on a business day (hereinafter Monday until Friday which are not holidays) shall be considered as an order placed on that day, an order placed after 16:00 shall be considered as an order placed on the subsequent business day.
- The pictures of the Products displayed on the Site are for demonstration purposes only and shall not be binding upon the Site’s management. It is clarified and agreed that the Company shall employ its best efforts to display to its clients, pictures which are as accurate as possible.
- The Site’s management may offer deals, benefits and discounts. The Site’s management may discontinue any such deals, benefits and discounts, replace or change them, without being required to provide any prior notice.
- The Buyer(s) may perform orders only to the local postal company’s distribution areas at the Buyer’s residential zone.
- The business days calculated are weekdays, Monday until Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday, holiday eves, Christmas and Thanksgivings.
- www.thehat.co website / the Sellers are not responsible for any act and/or omission on the part of the shipping company, including for delays in delivery.
- The Sellers are not responsible for delays in shipping caused due to incorrect address or telephone number indicated by the Buyer.
- Security – It is safe to use your credit card online. When you use your credit card to shop at www.thehat.co, your transaction is secure. Your privacy is protected. We never save credit card information in our system.
12. www.thehat.co is committed to protecting our customers’ privacy and security. We do not share your information outside our company or sell your information to third parties.
- In the event of questions or inquiries with respect to shipping, the Buyer(s) are requested to contact us in the “contact us” page at www.thehat.co.
- Immediate cancellation of a transaction is possible as long as the Product(s) have not yet been sent to the Buyer(s). If a Product was sent, the Buyer(s) may cancel the transaction upon receipt of the item and the return thereof to our collection center. The Buyer(s) will bear the costs of reshipping to the collection center.
- Buyer(s) whose order arrives after 16 business days (hereinafter “Time of Delivery”) and wish to cancel the transaction, may ship the items back to the collection center and be reimbursed for the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping shall be reimbursed to the Buyer(s) only if the package(s) returned are sealed in their original package. Buyer(s) which will send their packages not in the original package, or if the original package was opened, shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the cost of shipping.
- In the event of a delay in shipping which exceeds 31 business days, the Buyers will be entitled to cancel the shipment and receive a refund, even if their order was not yet received and the purchased Products were not yet returned to the collection center. In the event the Buyers request and receive a refund, they are aware that they are no longer the owners of the ordered items and may not keep them upon delivery thereof. Moreover, the Buyers undertake to send their order back to the collection center by no later than 72 hours from receipt thereof.
- The Buyer(s) may request a refund or a replacement of an item within 30 days of receipt thereof, provided that the item is in its original package and was not in any way used.
- A Buyer which requests a refund or replacement, shall bear the cost of shipment to our collection center.
- Cancellation of a transaction as a result of a defect and/or incompatibility between the Product and between its traits as described in the Site – the Buyer must examine the item immediately upon receiving it. In the event the item received by the user is defected, or if the item received is different than the representation presented in the Site, the Buyer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment, by returning the Product to the collection center.
- A refund shall be provided to the customer in the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.
- If it turns out that the clients’ credit card is invalid, or if the credit card company rejects the transaction, or if PayPal company rejects the charge, or if the requested Product is missing from the Company’s inventory, the management of the Site will contact the Buyer(s) for the completion of the transaction or the cancellation thereof.
